We have just completed a basketball unit culminating in a tournament complete with a play off format.
We will be doing some Zumba and PX90 training as our next unit. We will continue aerobic conditioning once or twice a week outside.
Physical well being is crucial for one's health and we strive to keep the students active as well as teach new skills. Like anything in life you get out of it what you put into it. We ask that the parents encourage their children to fully participate in Physical Education classes for their own long term benefits. One would expect that athletes on school teams would help set an example for the other students.
